黃志方教授最初師從AI音樂專家Phil Winsor教授學習電腦音樂和Max/MSP程序。黃志方教授是Max/MSP 編程培訓師，包括音頻技術、MIDI 合成技術、MIDI 算法作曲和 AI 音樂治療。他的音樂科技教學範圍還包括Arduino和各種傳感器，如自動控制、電子吹管樂器傳感器、慣性測量單元和心率變異性傳感器。他的電聲音樂和計算機音樂創作包括流行音樂、當代音樂、AI音療系統和互動音樂創作等各個領域。他也是桃園新愛樂管絃樂團的創辦人和指揮。

Prof. Jeff (Chih-Fang) Huang is an AI Music Technology researcher, and the AI Music Therapy System inventor and a main developer in Taiwan. His 20-year teaching and research experiences including to music technology coding and computer music composition, and applied in many fields, such as university courses, music technology products development, and music therapy applications. In addition to the teaching for university courses, he is the chair of Taiwan Computer Music Association (TCMA), too.

Prof. Jeff (Chih-Fang) originally learned computer music and Max/MSP program from AI music expert Prof. Phil Winsor. Jeff is the Max/MSP programming trainer, including both audio technology, MIDI synthesis technology, MIDI algorithmic composition, and AI music therapy. His music technology teaching also includes Arduino and various sensors, such as automatic control, electronic wind instrument sensor, inertial measurement unit, and heart rate variability sensor. His acoustic music and computer music composition includes various fields of pops, contemporary music, AI music therapy system, and interactive music composition. He is also the founder and conductor of Taoyuan New Philharmonic Orchestra.
